  • Special orders or personalized products not part of regular stock.

  • Products not in their original, new condition (e.g., missing parts, excessive wear).


2. Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RMA)

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

Step 2: Return the Product

  • Returns must be dropped off at an approved drop-off location (details provided after RMA issuance).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error by Load Box USA.

  • Use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.


3. Refund Details
